All applications must be postmarked on or before April 24, 2017 or delivered to TISA by Monday, April 24. The lottery drawing will be held at TISA on Wednesday, April 26th at 12:oo p.m.. All applications postmarked after April 24, 2017 or received after April 24, 2017 will be added to the end of the waiting list established by the lottery drawing.
